Hi guys, my friend booked all of our seat reservations for our whole group. No one else can see them on our app apart from her even though she used all of our inter-rail pass numbers. Is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. You have no interface between the seats reservations and the Rail Planner app. 

You must always add a journey in the app to generate the ticket (QR code) and show the reservations separately (only if they are mandatory).

Hi, yeah that makes sense. I was just wondering though if we need to individually have them on our phones on the app because as my friend is the one that booked the reservations, they only come up on her phone on the seat reservation section of the app. Thanks !

It could make sense to have your own reservations on your phone or on paper if they are needed to access the platforms, but it is only in a few stations in France or Italy and the staff can help you if only one person have the reservations. Your friend could also forward the mails with the reservations to another person in case of problems with her phone.
