We try to make seat reservations for our trip through italy in september 2022. But since months it is impossible to reserve for frecciarossa-trains after 18.september 2022 . Has anybody an idea to help?

You can plan with the trains that are online on trenitalia.com, but you have to wait to book it via interrail.eu or ÖBB.
I strongly reccomend to not book via Interrail, because often there are problems and it cost 2€ more. You can book via Austrian Railways. Check how it works with the tutorial:
It is a bit tricky, but at ÖBB you pay only 10€ for Frecciarossa.
I guess that the timetable hasn't been released yet. What do you say

Just read in other forum that they are now this week -slowly-part by part-relaesing data for late sept-for a few weeks.
Really-it is no need at all to fear about such a long time ahead. Just be patient.
