Seat reseveration - money deducted but no tickets

My friend and I have booked a seat reseveration twice now and the money has came out but we have received an email saying there is a problem. There is no tickets on the email and our train is tomorrow morning are we able to book a seat reservation at the train station or is there anything anyone can help us with please.

If it didn’t go through you will probably get the money reverted back to your account as the transaction is pre-authorised but won’t complete.

 

Yes, you should be able to reserve at the station in the morning as long as the office is open and spaces are available.

Alternatively you can book with Austrian railways OBB here https://tickets.oebb.at/en/ticket

 

Select “One way tickets” not “Seat only”, then add in interrail discount for 2 adults. It should then show €10 each.
