Hi, I booked a trip from Florence to Cinque Terre (Monterosso) for August with Frecciarossa. There is a connecting train we have to take at Pisa Centrale but they did not let us reserve our seats and will need to find a vacant unreserved seat. I am wondering if there is a seating chart link I can see where there are vacant unreserved seats in advance. I will be traveling with my family (wife & 2 kids) so I want to make we do not lose each other if we are in different cars. Thanks

As you haven’t said what train or date it is impossible to be sure.
Pisa - Monterosso has both unreservable regional trains and reservable Intercity and Frecce trains. If they haven’t given you reservations it is probably a regional train/s on which all seats are unreserved.
