You’ll need to give a bit more detail for proper advice! What was your original itinerary? Which train was delayed? What happened next?
But yes, you can claim compensation from Interrail if you’re more than 1 hour delayed at your destination.

You should also be able to get refund for unused reservations, and/ or possibly compensation from the train operator depending on the operator.
