Me and my 2 families have a mobile eurail pass each. However, every leg we wanna book on the seat booking system doesn't work. And I’ve tried to book for each traveller separately or all of 3 travellers.But none of them is available for seat reservation. I’ve tried for two days, thank you so much if anyone can help.

There has been a few problems with Eurail recently. Book through this link and you'll save a little bit of money too (4€ fee per order, compared to 2€ per person per train on eurail.com) : https://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv#TravelWish
There are often cheaper and easier places to book than SBB. Do not hesitate for further questions.
