Hello all! My current itinerary includes a train from Montpellier to Barcelona, with a stop in Perpignan, France. The transfer time is listed as ‘short’ and we only have 6 minutes to transfer trains. Making this short transfer would save us $40, so we are hopeful that we can make it. Traveling with a group of 4 young women and just want to ask for reviews about the Perpignan station. 6 min should be plenty of time, there are no checks to do + you'll be coming from the same railway so if your train is delayed, the TGV will be too.
To save money you can actually take the coastal route via Portbou (reservation-free). It takes longer of course but it is more scenic :)
