Hi!

i have booked a seat reservation on the Eurostar . Those tickets go really fast so I m keen to make sure I defintely have a ticket. I booked more than an hour ago, the money has definitely left my account but I still have t received any confirmation.

costumer service does not respond either

should i rebook now or wait?

thank you all for your help!

You should have received an e-mail almost immediately either with your ticket attached or with instructions to recover it from the Eurostar site.

Check your Spam folder just in case:

If you do not receive it you should contact customer service for advice (by e-mail). Include your pass number and when your booking is for in your title so they can prioritise.

These reservations are not refundable so do not order a new one unless you are advised by customer service to do so.

Thank you so much for that!

I went through the robot costumer service and I had no answer. Do you know the correct email for it?
