weiß jemand wie man gekaufte Sitzplatzreservierung in App ladet? Es ist schon paar Tage her und ich sehe meine Sitzplatzreservierung immer noch nicht. Ich habe natürlich auch ausgedruckt aber hatte gerne auch in App.

Hi Weronika, you cannot and don't need to load your reservations into the app. You just have to add your journeys in the app. Seat reservations (both paper and e-tickets) can be shown separately when the conductor asks for it. Cheers,

wo hast die Reservierung gekauft?
Ausgedruckt reicht, kannst ja das PDF auch am Handy abspeichern und in dein Apple Wallet laden (falls du ein iphone hast).

Eine Reservierung habe ich direkt beim Schalter gekauft, und die anderen über Interreil Seite. Ich habe jetzt Wallet runtergeladen aber irgendwie es akzeptiert kein mein Code..
Und über Interreil App ? Sollte es nicht meine Reservierung zeigen?
Morgen fahren wir, hoffe ich dass alles klappt. :)

die App ist nicht mit einer am Schalter gekauften Reservierung verknüpft ;-)
Du zeigst einfach die Reservierung vom Schalter dann dem Schaffner bei der Kontrolle.
Eine Verknüpfung mit der App ist nicht möglich und auch nicht erforderlich.
