Where can you make seat reservations for the EuroCity-services between Montreux and Milano?
We have no time to use the local trains via Brig and Domodossola, our planning only allows the EuroCity-service.

Add interrail as discount and search for tickets not seat reservations.
These can be booked via oebb.at. You need to add passengers and select discount as interrail/eurail pass, rather than seat only.
There seems to be only a couple of direct ECs but several that have a connection to EC services.
