Hi! I am planning on travelling to Switzerland during my 3 week trip during August but I just wondered if anyone had any recommendations on their favourite parts/ must see destinations? we have been told about Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald however we are going from switzerland to paris so also wondered if there are any amazing destinations more in the west. Any reccomendations will be gratefully recieved!

+15In Switzerland there are so many :D In Lucerne you can combine a nice ship ride with mountains :)
eg. Lucerne - Vitznau - Rigi - Arth Goldau - Lucerne :)
Lake Geneva you can catch from Lausanne a Steamship all the way to Geneva :)
Appenzeller Land in the North East :)
From Geneva or Basel you have easy connections to Paris. My suggestion is to use the fast TGV´s from the first stop in France instead of already from Switzerland as domestic reservations within France are a lot cheaper :)
