There is "Prices unavailable"

I want to go from Paris to München on 22.09 and I made a reservation on two trains on the app. The first one need seat reservation but when I try to buy it it says “Prices Not Available”. One of the solutions posted said that I could go to the train station, but I’m not even in the continent. Other way was to go to the original train page and buy it there but I can’t find how to buy it from the SNCF.

Which train is it exactly ? The cross-border TGV/ICE can be bought on eurail.com for 17€ (+2€ fee) or by calling SNCF (no fee). Those trains are really popular so it is possible that it is sold out (but there are plenty of alternatives).

Keep in mind that you can't book a train on the app, you're only redirected elsewhere.
