Ticket availability for Barcelona in December

Good evening,

I am writing to you regarding ticket reservations via the Discover EU Pass.

I am planning to travel to Barcelona in December (around the 19th) thanks to this opportunity.

However, for several weeks now, the reservation dates have been stuck at 23 November, even though tickets on Renfe have been available for two weeks.

This means that I cannot make any reservations (accommodation, activities, etc.) if I cannot book my train ticket (at least the outward journey) in advance.

If you don’t want to use one of your free reservations, book them elsewhere, on www.raileurope.com for instance.

If you want to use a reservation credit, then there is nothing else left than to wait.

@Eurail Community Moderator What’s the reason for those trains not showing up in the reservation module? Rail Europe sells already reservations for this service.

Renfe haven't sent their timetables to the European Tometable Centre (MERITS) yet. Or only very recently, so they don't show up elsewhere yet. bahn.de doesn't show the AVE from 24/11 yet either.

Rail Europe has a direct connection with Renfe, so they don't depend on MERITS for Renfe timetables.
