When I bought the paper ticket for the Global Pass. How long do I have to wait for it to arrive?

During the booking process they showed a date till when your paperticket should arrive :) But i heard currently some reports about passes arriving not ontime :/

    I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers

    PLUS that you could have it on the spot from main trenItalia offices that still handle INTernational (most main cities).

    I ordered my paper pass on the 9th of May and the delivery should be on or before the 29th of May. I still have no tracking information on my pass, so it has not yet been delivered to the Dutch Mail Service.

    When did you buy your pass?

    What was the expected delivery date?

    When will you start travelling?
