I booked a trip from Paris to Geneva via the Eurail platform and then reserved the seats on the website. The return train ticket worked but I got an error on the train to Geneva saying that the reservation and payment went through but the tickets couldn’t be retrieved because of a system error. Does anyone know what to do?

So to understand everything: you have a Eurail pass and booked a Paris-Geneva seat reservation, correct?
Did you still receive some confirmation email? What does it say?
