Ticket Error Issue

I booked a trip from Paris to Geneva via the Eurail platform and then reserved the seats on the website. The return train ticket worked but I got an error on the train to Geneva saying that the reservation and payment went through but the tickets couldn’t be retrieved because of a system error. Does anyone know what to do?

So to understand everything: you have a Eurail pass and booked a Paris-Geneva seat reservation, correct?

Did you still receive some confirmation email? What does it say?

Yes, I’ve received an email saying that the payment and reservation were processed but there was a technical problem with the e-ticket and that it couldn’t be sent to me. I contacted the customer support but just wanted to see if anyone had ever had a similar experience / what to do other than that.

I've never had this problem but then I avoid booking reservations via Eurail because that's more expensive and I can't choose my seat. If you need any more reservations, then this page has the best advice:
