I bought a eurail pass, but the prices unavailable in the online website.

How can I get the ticket in the online website?

Is it possible to buy a paper ticket in the station of Barcelona on the same day?

Yes definitely possible there but maybe this train will become available on interrail.eu/eurail.com in a few weeks. Check before your trip.
