I have booked tickets by going from the rail app to the tgv site and paid for the reservations by pay pal. Now I can’t find the tickets. Help. 

Have you checked your mail and your spam mail?

Have you checked your Interrail/Eurail account?

Has the money been taken from your account?


Reservations are not in the rail planner app, it’s a completely seperate thing. It’s usually sent as a seperate pdf via mail.

Should be in your mailbox or spam folder, if everything went correctly.
