tickets purchased non with the app

Hello, 

we didn’t understand the app and now maybe have a problem. 

We sign in in the app and make our resevation with the passa namber and our names following app instructions (we thought). 

So we have all our reservation, we recived by email and we have on paper and in the selfphone, but not in the app. 

will it be a problem?

We leave tomorrow and are a little worried.

Reservations are separate from the pass and don't need to be visible in the Rail Planner app. If you booked reservations via Interrail (not recommended), then you can see them in the app if you log into your Interrail account. Reservations booked elsewhere are of course not visible in the app.
