Hi, you can find the ticket office on the northern side of the concourse. Signposts should lead you in the right direction as well. Cheers,
How do the signpost look like?
And we are coming from Brussel. Make it a difference if we are in that train in the front or middle? To be quicker.

Just like the regular signpost you have in all stations. I do not have an answer to your last question, but with 28 minutes transfer, I think you'll be fine. Here is a map that might be useful.
