We will be travelling on June 18th from Basel to Paris. We will have to change trains in Mulhouse, in the train table it says we have 12 minutes between trains. We will travel with a toddler, so we are a bit slower. Is there any possibility to see on which track the train arrives and where the next one leaves?

SNCF are always a bit secretive about that and only publish the platform around 20 minutes in advance (although they do have that all planned). On the day of travel, you can check this page:

https://www.sncf.com/en/booking-itinerary/timetables

You could also check the platforms for your trains on another day, like on this Saturday, to see what it could be like. Of course, there's no guarantee that the platforms will be the same on your travel day.

Thank you very much. I have no used Google maps to look at the train station. It seems relatively small, so it should be doable.

Very often the connections are announced-as you perhaps can understand mostly only in French!- a few mins before arrival. or ask a fellow-nice pass. beside you to listen and translate. There may even be screens showing them.

French is not the problem. Fortunately I am able to understand it. If they announce the tracks on the train ride that would be fine too.
