im trying to reserve a train from verona to Florence and it’s asking online for my pass holder number however the 6 digit number on my mobile pass app is coming up as invalid.
can anyone help with this.

You can generate a pass number here.
+11Where are you booking? Because online it is possible via Austrian Railways that doesn't have booking fees and they do not ask for the cover number.
