Fast question, my train was late, i take a reservation from Copenhagen to Alvesta, I think I'll miss that train, i need to take another reservation?

Ask the train staff ASAP what to do to get to Alvesta. They might hold the connection. Any reservation for the connecting train should be rebooked free of charge if you miss it. The staff should be able to tell you where to go.
If the next connection doesn't require a reservation, then you're entitled to a refund for the reservation that you can't use anymore.
