I added both mine and my boyfriends pass to a trip on my Interrail account so we could book seats next to each other. When I try to make the seat reservations it says ‘NOT AVAILABLE’ however if we try to book separately there are seats available with ‘high availability’. What am I doing wrong? Please help

If you have a mobile pass, the problem is with Interrail itself. (See other posts here on the forum) You have to send an email to customer service for this.
