Train Reservation Not Available when booking for 2

I added both mine and my boyfriends pass to a trip on my Interrail account so we could book seats next to each other. When I try to make the seat reservations it says ‘NOT AVAILABLE’ however if we try to book separately there are seats available with ‘high availability’. What am I doing wrong? Please help

If you have a mobile pass, the problem is with Interrail itself. (See other posts here on the forum) You have to send an email to customer service for this.

If you travel with THALYS or EUROSTAR, you can make your booking via the B EUROPE website.
