I am traveling from Florence to Rome airport via Roma Termini. I have a business class Eurail pass and business class seat reservation from Florence to Roma Termini on Train Frecciarossa 9391 tomorrow. I will connect to RV4624 at 13:20 in Rome to Rome Airport Fiumicino. My Eurail account says I am ready to board but I do not know if I have a seat reserved on this leg. Please let me know.

on local trains like RV reservations are not possible, just add the train to the pass and hop on the train.
In your case this train from the Airport to Roma Termini is the Airport Express Leonardo Express only included in Eurail/Interrail with first class pass, that you have.
Please check also trenitalia.com if your train will run, because due to problems on some trains arround Rome some local trains and also some Leonardo Express are cancelled.
