I’m traveling in France and Belgium on October 3rd and 4th! I am not able to buy any tickets! I was looking at Paris to Brussels on Oct 3. I was looking at Bruges to Amsterdam Oct 4. i’ve been looking since the beginning of june and it has said the same message every time. no seats available at this time. I’m wondering why this is. I asked the eurrail customer service team and they said check back in a week. it’s been about a month now and i’m very curious. Thank you to anyone who can help!

The pass is your ticket. You don't need to buy any other tickets for trains covered by the pass. You may need reservations, such as for Eurostar or TGV.

Eurostar Paris-Brussels can't be booked yet for 3 and 4 October. The timetable isn't final yet and nobody knows when it will be. There's no other way than to check regularly.

However, from Paris to Bruges is much cheaper if you travel via Lille. Eurostar is expensive and a domestic TGV can be booked from €10. From Lille, you take a reservation-free train to Kortrijk and then change to Bruges. Total travel time is a bit longer than via Brussels, so it doesn't always show because planners always show the fastest options. The TGV Paris-Lille can't be booked yet either, so you'll still have to wait.

From Bruges to Amsterdam you can book an expensive Eurostar (reservations not open yet), but you can also use the reservation-free ECD.
