Trains not appearing in the app. Can we add them manually?


We have bought an Interrail pass to move between Spain and Portugal this summer. We took the mobile pass option. We went to the train station to buy the seat reservation necessary for high speed train in Spain. They have advised in addition to the ticket, we must have the trip registered in the app. But some trains do not appear in the app… can we add them manually? 
Another option: can we get a paper pass if we already got the mobile pass?

Indeed, you can add them manually. But there's no need to already do that. I usually add my trains in the app shortly before boarding or maybe the evening before.

In addition, RENFE recently sent some more timetables to the European Timetable Centre, so they might (finally!) be included in the next app update.

It is not possible to exchange your mobile pass for a paper pass.

 

The only option is to cancel your mobile pass and then buy a paper pass.
