You are looking for the European Sleeper. It does not run every day but you can have a look at their website : europeansleeper.eu
There you can book seat or couchette reservations by selecting Interrail pass.
If you can't find the train in the app, try to use the filters : direct trains, night trains,... Otherwise add "via Bad Bentheim".
