Pour info,
les personnes qui voyagent prochainement en Italie,qui habitent en ile de France et qui ne peuvent pas prendre de billets par Railplanner, parce que cela ne marche pas, peuvent se rendre au guichet Trenitalia a la Gare de Lyon a côté de la voie N.
Ceci concerne uniquement les trajets intra Italie, et pas les trajets entrant ou sortant.

Yes that's true. Also at Trenitalia France Ticket office in Lyon Part Dieu (+ like you said in Paris Gare de Lyon), you can get Reservations for Trenitalia trains in Italy. Currently the Frecciarossa in France Paris-Lyon-Turin(-Milan) are not part of the pass network.
Online you can reserve without booking fee or technical problems via Austrian ÖBB using this steps:
