Trenitalia reservations on the phone or printed?

I have purchased a ticket thru Trenitalia from Rome Termini to Innsbruck Main The journey has me changing from Trenitalia Frecciarossa 9584 to DB-Oebb EuroCity 80. I was able to print a PDF ticket from Rome to Bologna, however I have not found a way to print a PDF ticket on Oebb from Bologna to Innsbruck.  I do have a PNR Code for both legs of the travel.

You can show it on a screen. No need to print.
