When I go to book and it says seat reservations required but I can’t find a book button below. It just says seat reservations required.

In general, use this page as a guide for pass reservations:

This EN can be booked on tickets.oebb.at: add the Interrail/Eurail discount and do NOT check "Seat reservation only”.
Note: don't count on making the 10-minute connection in Leoben, so think about a plan B.
