Trouble booking seat reservations in Romania

I cannot book seat reservations for an Inter Regio train in Romania. I need to travel to Ploiesti Sud to then go on the night train to Vienna and at first it showed that i can only book the seat 30 days before departure and then it changed to “No price results were found” and when i clicked on more it said to book in person at a main station in Europe and when i went there the lady had no idea of the pass, said that i need to give her something printed but she had no idea what, she didn’t want to see my pass or anything from my phone and then she just said that i can only buy the ticket at full price. I then found through another question that i can book it though MAV (https://jegy.mav.hu/) but it doesn’t work either. At the last step of selecting the seats for the train that stops in Ploiesti it says “Failed reservation”. Is there a way to book the seats online or like at all?

The night train Bucharest-Vienna stops at Ploiești Vest, not Sud.

21 July is in the past. On 31 July, there are still seats available:

On tickets.oebb.at, add the Interrail discount and do NOT check "Seat reservation only”.

Domestic reservations for Romania have to be done at a ticket office in Romania. There's no other way. If the staff don't know how to do it, then they should ask their helpdesk.

Which is your travel date?

Seat reservations for the night train to Vienna can be made on the ÖBB website (Austrian railways). You have to select Interrail/Eurail from the discount list and leave the seat reservation only button toggled off.

Seat reservations within Romania can only be booked at the ticket office there so you need to try it again. Note that seat reservations can only be made when normal tickets are already on sale too.

The same thing, i can book every seat reservation except the one within Romania. And yes, the normal tickets are already on sale but the persons from the train station looked at me like i had 2 heads.
The travel date is July 21st.

Yes i know it stops at Ploiesti Vest but my only available route is to stop at Ploiesti Sud and go to the other train station. I already booked the night train that leaves on the 21st, but i couldn’t book the seats to arrive in Ploiesti. Do you have any suggestions on what to show the staff at the ticket office, what to say so that they understand what i am talking about?

I wouldn't know, but maybe the CFR phone information can tell you?
