Trouble making a seat reservation

I have activated my pass through the app. Then I needed to make a seat reservation and that was not possible through the app. So I went to the website and created a account. 

Now I seems that I have two accounts, and they are not connected.

The latter I do not quite understand, but-utter surprise for many- REServ are separate from app as trip-report, it is also-and often very much more advisable-to make the RES (if needed) via other ways-mostly the sites of the railways themsleves=also cheaper.
