Trying to book seat reservations on SJ from Narvik (Norway) to Stockholm (Sweden)

Hi, im trying to book seat reservations to travel from Narvik to Stockholm in March but when i enter my Pass Cover Number it tells me this:

The card number isn't valid for booking journeys in SJ's digital sales channels. Please contact the retailer you purchased the card from to book a journey.

I’m not sure what do now and the tickets are quite expensive and i would need the discount from my interrail pass. 

Would be very glad for any help, thank you :)

If you travel with a mobile pass you should use the 6 character long pass number and not a pass cover number. If you travel with a paper pass you must call SJ customer service, see link from ​@rvdborgt above.
