Although there's no need to add journeys such a long time in advance, the Rail Planner app does show trains on this route, each hour at xx:48. It's past GWR's booking horizon though, so you should check the timetable with GWR closer to the travel date. Reservations can be booked free of charge on gwr.com or at any GB ticket office, once GWR have opened them.
If by "book” you mean "register in the Rail Planner app”, then that would surprise me. All regular trains in GB should be included. What exact journey were you looking for?
