I have the Eurail Global Pass and am trying to purchase my seat reservations from Paris to Interlaken and while I am able to add the seat to my cart, it will not let me proceed to payment details. This is what pops up when I try to check out. The seating is not sold out as I’ve tried to purchase the seats on SNCF connect’s website and it’s available. Is this a problem on Eurail’s side? Is there another way to purchase the seat reservations?

To book there, you'll need a pass cover number, which is on the cover of a paper pass, or which you can generate here if you have a mobile pass:
