Unavailable reservation booking

Hello ​@Eurail Community Moderator 

 I’m experiencing difficulties in booking reservations. On the website the trains I’m given in the app don’t show up so I’m unable to match the planning of the journey with the actual booking of reservations.

 

This is making all more expensive as I find myself having to pay double on board.

If you have had to pay double, reach out to customer service. If the timetables in the app aren't entirely accurate, that doesn't necessarily mean your pass is not valid. If you want advice from the community, let us know the route and timing details

Neither the Rail Planer app, nor the Interrail website should be used to plan journeys because they're not reliable. It's best to use national planners/app; for international journeys, bahn.com or the DB Navigator app is a good choice.
