I know this is a known issue. I booked my reservation thru the self service. While I received the confirmation email, there's no eTicket attached. I'm traveling tomorrow so this is kinda urgent. I wonder if there's a easy way to contact the customer service or community manager. They claim to get back to me in 7 days.
