Urgent help needed for seat reservations

If my ticket can't be scanned, what should I do? The route is Rome Termini-Bari, the controller tells me that he can't scan the QR code

Bluntly said: that's not your problem but the ticket inspector's problem.

By the looks of it, you have a valid reservation (it's not a ticket but a pass reservation) and together with your pass (that is your ticket) you are good to go.

Since there are many place where you can buy pass reservations, including where you don't get any barcode at all, you'd think they should be used to this...
