If you miss the connecting bus, you just take the next one. You must just make sure that you have the correct journey activated in the Railplanner app.

You probably mean a replacement bus between Dresden and Usti nad Labem.
This rule is only valid if the bus is included in the pass, but not valid if you have a connection with another long distance bus (e.g. Flixbus).

Possibly. You didn't mention a travel date, so there's no way to check.
First of all, it's unlikely that you'll miss that bus if your train is reasonably on time. The bus is timed to connect with the IC arriving in Dresden at 12:50. In Ústí nad Labem, it connects with the EC at 14:13, arriving in Prague at 15:23.
There is an option before the next bus 2 hours later (see bahn.de) but it doesn't get you to Prague much sooner than just waiting for the next bus.
How come the timings you mentioned above are different than what I have …
- The bus is timed to connect with the IC arriving in Dresden at 12:50. Mine shows 12:27
- In Ústí nad Labem, it connects with the EC at 14:13, arriving in Prague at 15:23. Mine shows connects with EC at 14:05, arriving Prague at 15:12
Oh I know why. Because I change the filter to 15 minutes. Default filter is 1 minute which only gives 10 minutes to change connecting bus/train. Is 10 minutes enough time to change to connecting bus?

It's always next to the station. I'd expect there to be signs and staff pointing to the location where the buses leave.
If the train from Berlin is delayed, the buses will certainly wait. It would not make sense to depart without any passenger on board and let all people stay for two hours in Dresden.
