The timetables on the Interrail site/ app are often outdated, as they’re only updated once a month. The website of the national operator is always more reliable.
DB, for example, gives live information on how late your train is running (in Germany) and which platform you will arrive at.
In any case, Interrail won’t tell you the platform number.

Bij twijfel consulteer (en vertrouw je) altijd op de app/website van de nationale spoorwegmaatschappij van het land waar je doorreist en van de trein waar je op zit én op de schermen en borden op het station.
