Hello, I Want to take the RJX261 train from Wien to Budapest tonight, at 21:43. The interrail app says I need an obligatory seat reservation. However, I think according to Austrian trains official website this reservation is not obligatory. I'm not sure about It so, can anybody solve my doubt? Thank you

Apart from getting no seat if the train is full, yes. But it’s still possible to get seats and it’s late in the evening, so it shouldn’t be that bad.
