I bought a Pass, valid for August but when I try to book seats, it shows “your pass isn’t valid on this date” (whether I log in or not). How it can be possible and how to fix that?
Meanwhile, I am trying to book via direct sites (trains Hamburg Copenhagen / Copenhagen / Stockholm / Hambrug) but the sites show that the prices informations are unvailable ; does it means I have to wait a few more weeks until it’s available ?
