Hi everyone,

It's my first travelling with Interrail and the Strike in Italy fell on one of my traveling dates. I have two seats booked. However as I see on trenItalia that option seems not available?

I saw online on the TrenItalia website some kind of guarantee trains in the event of a strike? But those trains does not appear on the Rail Planner nor TrenItalia. How do I book seats?

Link: https://www.trenitalia.com/content/dam/trenitalia/allegati/info/treni-garantiti/TABELLA_A_Treni_garantiti_DPLH.pdf

In conclusion I need help on,

How do I see the real trains that I can take? And How do I book seats?

Can I get a refund on the seats we already paid?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards,

Sofia

If that doesn't work for you, then please mention route, date and departure time.
