Hallo,
I cannot find it online so here is my question. I was wondering if you can be fined at the border for not having a negative corona test if you're not vaccinated. Especially if you want to cross the border in Bulgaria.

yes you can be fined some countries have quite high fines 
(10.000€ and more)
Option B they send you onyour bill to quarantine :/
Option C they refuse your entry at the border and send you back
