cannot see my seat reservation

Hi! I have an interrail card via DiscoverEU/erasmus.  I booked a train ticket from Bruxelles-Midi to London St Pancras Intl for Tuesday, 16 June 2026 at 20:21-21:57. I reserved a seat with one of my free seat reservation credits. I got an email with my order confirmation and receipt, however I cannot open the PDF with the actual seat reservation QR Code/ticket. It just says that an error has occurred. I was wondering if there were anyway for me to fix this problem or get a new pdf? My order number is R2026101291

You can also download the PDF from the Eurostar website, or load the reservation in the Eurostar app.

When (after which action) exactly do you see the error message? Could you post a screenshot?
