I suppose you haven't activated it yet. Normally you can then ask for a refund. How much is refunded depends on the conditions you chose. Promotional passes usually have a partial refund (85%) but there's often the possibility to buy an upgrade for 100% refund.
What does it say in your confirmation mail?
Anyway, refunds can be requested from customer service.

Hopefully Interrail will extend your pass now that almost all of Europe is turning red due to covid.
Many more customers will not be able to travel / want to travel, due to the rise of a new wave of infections due to covid.
