In am Eurostar from London to Brussels. My international flight into Heathrow may be delayed. If I am late for my train at St. Pancras, what happens? I am travelling from Japan. Will Eurostar put me on the next available train and will there be an extra charge? Thank you!!!

Probably not. You could ask staff but they may or may not let you on the next train.

I'd recommend a good margin, at least 5h for the transfer.

Make sure to have a good travel insurance that covers cases like this. To get help from the travel insurance you normally need to have a certain minimum transfer time.
