Hi if I have the Swiss pass and want to make my reservation for the glacier express but I want to get the excellence experience how to do I book that and how much?

What exactly do you have? Swiss Pass is just an “empty” ticket holder in switzerland.
Are you talking about interrail/eurail one country pass for switzerland?
to reserve in excellence class, you need a first class ticket, and the reservation itself is over chf 400… you get the reservation in glacier express’ web page. just “buy a ticket” and in the lat step you can select interrail/eurail as reduction

It indeed costs 470 CHF and need to be booked well in advance. You must have a valid 1st class ticket/pass too (or pay for an upgrade). It's probably a really good experience but I would never spend that much !
As alternatives :
- regular Glacier Express carriages (1st/2nd class) : 49 CHF mandatory reservation (food not included). Book well in advabce too.
- hourly regional trains on the same route : no supplement, same views, less crowded !
The choice is easily made in my opinion. :)
