i’d booked the class 1 seat before the trip on the schedule to take the euro star train from rotterdam to brussels, unluckily the train was cancelled! how can i continue my trip through the train cancelled issue?

What is your dates of travel, and route?

You should be able to rebook your Eurostar reservation on the Eurostar website. Try logging in with your six digit PNR at:

https://www.eurostar.com/customer-dashboard/en/get-booking

Don't forget to also change too the new the train in My Trip in the Eurail app.


Also, rebooking the cancelled train should be free of charge.


Alternatively, consider travelling on the Eurocity Direct which does not require reservation and is only about 20 minutes slower.
