Interrail pass valid on Togbus (Denmark) and your experience

Dear community,

I am planning my next trip to Denmark, but on my way to one of my destinastions there are some railway maintance works, so no trains are running. There is a Togbus (Rail Replacement Bus) driving, but in the Interrail app it says it is out of network. On the website of Midttrafik it is stated that tickets wich are vailid on the trains, wich inlcudes Interrail, are valid on the Togbus. What are your experience in general with Togbus in Denmark?

Do you guys have any experience with this?

Thanks in advance!

100% valid.

Could you post a screenshot of the "not in pass network" incl. train/travel date? That way Eurail staff can remove wrong info.

Last year I took a Midttrafik train from Skjern to Holstebro. It seems to be the only railway line of this bus company. Only after departure I read in the planner "Not in Pass network”. I feared a huge fine but no conductor came. Midttrafik is not mentioned in the list of included train companies, but also not in the list of excluded trains. I cannot find any information about the validity of Interrail on the company's website.

For the time being the Skjern - Holstebro connection is replaced by busses. These are also "Not in Pass network", as Tim Scholtemeijer mentions. I’ll add a screenshot. It might help the topic starter. For me it would be good to know if i was a fare dodger last year, or not.

Last sommer I also took a packed DSB replacement bus from Aarhus to Aalborg and back, one hour and 45 minutes each way. All passengers received a bottle of water. Interrail was valid.

According to this page, Midttrafik is excluded:

https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/tips-and-tricks/trains-europe/railway-companies

Although that isn't very clear of course. Midttrafik have a majority share in Midtjyske Jernbaner, who seem to actually run the trains.

@Eurail Community Moderator Wouldn't it be better to list Midttrafik in the list?
